This hands-on workshop for teens and adults is on Saturday, July 10th 9:00-12:00 (refreshments served!) at the Lanpher Library. Learn how to take your personal photos and videos and turn them into a digital story to share with your friends and family! Join Bridget Butler from the ECHO Lake Aquarium & Science Center for this workshop on storytelling for the tech geek!
Using your own camera or video recorder, you'll learn how to capture an experience melding audio and video together using editing software like iMovie or Windows MovieMaker. Participants will learn how to publish their work online through video sharing sites like YouTube, FAcebook or the new "Voices for the Lake" website. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops, however, laptops and other equipment will be provided.
What's more: EACH PARTICIPANT WILL BE ENTERED INTO A RAFFLE FOR A FLIP CAMERA & DIGITAL AUDIO RECORDER!
