An Exhibit of Family Farm Photos, by George Woodard titled: "THE ROOTS OF MY RAISING" are on display at the Lanpher Memorial Library for a few weeks.  Please stop by and enjoy the historical glimpse into a 100 year, Multi-Generational Family Farm.  We had a great time when George visited the Lanpher Library and are grateful to him, and NOFA-VT for helping us celebrate Agricultural Literacy Week.

      THE LANPHER LIBRARY IS CLOSED ON THURSDAYS AND WE'LL ALSO BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 28TH. 

We'll be open again with our regular hours on Saturday, November 29th at 10:00.

Celebrate NOFA VT Agriculture Literacy Week with George Woodard at the Library

The Lanpher Library is partnering with the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Vermont (NOFA VT) to CELEBRATE Agriculture Literacy Week, November 17-22nd.  To help us out, George Woodard will be at the Library on Saturday, November 22nd at 2:00 to present his farm photos: "The Roots of My Raising" honoring his multi-generational farm family. 

George will display the photos at the Lanpher Library for a few weeks afterward too.

Agricultural Literacy Week is an opportunity for focused educational events to encourage a robust understanding of agriculture in Vermont's schools and communities.  We hope you will join us!
