As we say goodbye to 2021, we look ahead to what will be new in 2022 at the Lanpher Library.
Of course, there is so much that is still uncertain, however, we are committed to staying open for browsing and computer use, we just ask that you please wear a mask while inside the building.

The Lanpher Library now owns 11 pairs of snowshoes for our patrons to borrow! https://www.lanpherlibrary.org/snowshoe-borrowing.html
The Vermont Department of Libraries received funding through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and distributed money for approved projects for individual public libraries around the state. We submitted a proposal to get an awning for the little "nook" on the Church St. side of the Library and it was approved. We hope in early spring to have that installed by Otter Creek Awnings. This will provide some shade and shelter for those who use the Lanpher Library's fee Wifi outside of the building.
We're partnering with Lamoille Neighbors to bring a virtual program: "Aging Gardens, Aging Gardeners" on Wednesday, January 12th at 7 p.m.
