Tomorrow we flip the calendar to December!  Looking ahead to the coming weeks, here are some things to keep in mind:

*On December 7th at 7:00, Frosty the Snowman will be at the Lanpher Library to read stories and sing a long with the young children of our community.  This is part of the Annual Hyde Park Community Circle Lighting Ceremony and a school bus will pick children up to go to St. Teresa's Parish Hall for cookies and hot chocolate!

*Monday, December 17th 3:00 the Junior Naturalist Program Art and the 3 R's!  Reduce, reuse, recycle!  For preschool-4th grade!  A free program sponsored by the Hyde Park Partners in Education (PIE).

*Monday December 24th and Tuesday December 25th the Lanpher Library will be closed.

*Wednesday, December 26th, 10:00 Story Time!

*Monday December 31 and Tuesday January 1st: Lanpher Library will be closed.

MICE ARE NICE!  Junior Naturalist Program

On Monday, November 19th, the Lamoille County Nature Center Junior Naturalist Program is all about mice.  Mice just might be guests in your house at this time of year.  Whether they are or not, we'll become mice and practice our munching technique, learn about some incredible mouse talents and make mini mouse crafts.

As always the Junior Naturalist Programs are FREE!  FUN!  INFORMATIVE & INTERACTIVE!
