We are very proud to be mentioned in this week's cover story in the Transcript. One correction however, is that the Lanpher Memorial Library's budget has increased $9967.00 since 2004, not $200.
While we have kept the budget as low as possible, we are pleased to offer high quality services to our community...especially in economic hard times. As the Transcript article states, the trend during economic hard times is increased use in public libraries. This is quite true here in Lamoille County as well as across the nation.
