We hope this will encuorage community members who need assistance to come on in and use the library. Patrons who are already using a rollator and don't want to have to carry it from car to building, may find one at the library handy too.
The Lanpher Library now has a rollator, or rolling walker to make the library more user friendly for older adults, persons with disabilities, those with temporary injuries, and chronic fatigue sufferers. There is a seat to sit on while looking for materials and a basket to store them until check-out.
We hope this will encuorage community members who need assistance to come on in and use the library. Patrons who are already using a rollator and don't want to have to carry it from car to building, may find one at the library handy too.

We, at the Lanpher Library, are taking steps to stress the importance of the Library and its services to our Teen population. We are in the mere beginning stages of offering a seperate section for Young Adult fiction (to the left of the fire place), and we want to celebrate Teens by giving them their own spot on our website. Check out our "Teen Talk" section and read reviews and thoughts posted by young adults who use the library.
