After teaching for 32 years, Geoff began painting when he retired from Stowe Public Schools. He started working with acrylics and worked his way into watercolors, which are his favorite medium.
His work has been influenced by many artists, but he credits much of his training to Kathleen Bergeron, his mentor and friend who is a terrific artist in her own right. He has participated for several years at the Vermont Studio School in Johnson.
Geoff Corey resides in Johnson with his wife Martha. They have 3 adult children.
Geoff and the Lanpher Library invite you to enjoy the paintings, to wander through the library to view the art and write your comments in the guest book.
