Tuesday, May 4th at 7:00 Mark Greenberg will be at the Lanpher Memorial Library to present the program "Kitchen Tunks and Parlor Songs". In the 1980's, Mark interviewed and recorded oldtime, grassroots Vermont musicians. In this presentation, he will share his insights with you on collecting oral history and examining how earlier music survived in the 20th Century. This program is free and open to the public, and accessible to people with disabilities. It is sponsored by the Vermont Humanities Council. Please contact us for more information. We hope to have a full house for this great program!
