As part of our "Make a Splash....READ!" theme for the Summer Reading Program, tomorrow, Wednesday June 30th at 2:00, Kenny Saxe, a certified "Let's Go Fishing" instructor with the VT. Dept. of Fish and Wildlife will be at the Lanpher Library. In his presentation, he'll introduce a variety of fishing gear and techniques as well as answer questions about fishing in Vermont.
Kenny will also draw the winning name in our "Name that Fish" contest. Our pet beta is currently without a name. Children have been entering names based on characters in books. Participants in the Reading Program will have time to enter a name before Kenny draws the winner.
